All the reservations must be asked and confirmed in writing.
GROUPS (over 8 passengers, including the driver and tour guide)
In case of being over 15 passengers, only half of the double room rate will be charged.
The 50 per cent of the total payment must be done 45 days before the check-in.
The 50 per cent left will be charged by means of an invoice.
On special occasions, we reserve the right to ask for the prepayment in advance, in case that there is another request for a reservation, for the same date, offering to pay cash. In this case you will have 7 workdays as a time limit.
If so, your reservation will be canceled and the next reservation will be available, once the payment is done.
This payment will be neither refunded nor transferred to another reservations, without taking into consideration the cause for the cancellation.

When making reservations for groups in less than 45 days, the prepayment needs to be done during the same week.

INDIVIDUALS (Up to 7 passengers)
The 50 per cent of the total rate must be paid 30 days before the check-in.
The 50 per cent left will be charged by means of an invoice.
When making a reservation in less than 30 days, the prepayment should be done during the same week.

CANCELLATIONS

All the cancellations must be sent. A reservation will be canceled, once we confirm in writing the canceling.
Groups: In case the cancellation is done within 44 days or less, the 100 per cent of the prepayment will be retained.

When the cancellation is done within 30 days or less, the total rate of the reservation will be charged.

If there are group reservations in a serial order, the prepayment will not be transferred to the next serial group.

If an individual reservation is canceled within 29 days or less, the 100 per cent of the prepayment will be retained.
Within 15 days or less, the total rate of the reservation will be charged.
